Setting Sail!
The old captain has cursed the crew, and someone on-board is haunted! Humans will try to get back to shore, whilst ghost players try to throw all the crew’s treasure overboard!
Each day, the captain chooses a set of players, who can obey or disobey their command. If everyone agrees, the ship moves closer to shore, if not, the crew loses treasure overboard! Events will happen at random points throughout the game, delivering messages in bottles, or calling for an impromptu mutiny!
Everyone gets to vote on who they want off the ship, but if a human goes overboard the crew ends up with more ghosts! Any players that went overboard return to the ship as a guaranteed human Stowaway, giving everyone who was below them a promotion! The Stowaway may not always be trustworthy however, as they’ll want to rank up as quickly as possible, as the player who is Stowaway at the end of the game always loses!
If the crew is about to make it shore, be careful, the ghosts also win if the captain is on their side! So figure out who you trust and make sure to get them in charge!
